We all know that a trip to the Delta is not complete without a few fishing feasts. The à la carte restaurant of our pension offers you many excellent recipes with fresh fish, caviar and other similar goodies, usually caught even in the morning of that day. Each dish contains exclusively organic products from the area, for a more authentic experience.
Each specialty follows, exactly, a traditional local recipe, thus offering you an introduction to the cuisine specific to the Danube Delta.
For a more authentic experience, we brought in the kitchen only locals who know the secret recipes and secrets of delta gastronomy.
And if the fish doesn’t tempt you, don’t worry. Our chefs are just as good at preparing international dishes, so no matter what your preferences, you will find something to your liking at our guesthouse.
Of course, a perfect culinary experience is not only about what’s on the plate, but also about the ambiance. That’s why we offer you a spacious restaurant, decorated in a fine style and pleasant to all guests. And for those summer evenings that simply can’t be missed, we invite you to dine on one of our outdoor terraces, or in one of the hotel’s gazebos. They offer a wonderful and peaceful view of Lake Murighiol or the pool area and Ghiol Porculet and once you have admired the first sunrise / sunset from such an oasis of peace, you will not want to leave!
Honestly, you already see yourself having dinner on our warm and welcoming terrace, enjoying the finest fish, don’t you? Well, then we are waiting for you – the restaurant has 75 seats inside, while the outdoor terraces have 150 seats outside. In other words, there is room for everyone!
